Cotton Crepe Skirt by Emile Et Ida. Short skirt in white and blue vichy cotton crepe. The skirt features a wide elasticated waistband, trimmed with a flounce, and adorned with a bow. The two patch pockets with a scalloped top edge are hemmed with satin stitch. Fully lined in ecru cotton voile.
